Dow is 37 years old and a native of North Augusta, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Clemson University and has a Master of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He and his wife, Karen, have four children, 2 boys and 2 girls. 

It is Dow's desire to bring glory to the Father as an under-shepherd of Christ in the local church by maintaining a very high view of God through the teaching of the Scriptures, while diligently pursuing the example Jesus set in loving and caring for the lives of those who follow Him and proclaiming His gospel to those who do not.
